I didnt see anywone talkng abot that SEC Form 6-K thing for Canaan, but like, are they not supost to give out the numbers? Seems weird if they just say "yeah we did mining" but then gave no produktion nums, so how do invstors kno if itz any good? Also i thought they was a chinesse company not singapore, did they move or just registring there for tax. Idk, seemz sus tbh
I kind of wondered the same thing as Anonymous about whether Canaan switched to Singapore just for registration stuff or if they’re honestly moved operations there. But anyway, what I wanted to say – and what no one here has really picked up – is how BOTH of these companies (so Crypto Blockchain Industries and Canaan) drop these updates without giving ANY numbers. Like, the Blockware deal sounds pretty ambitious on paper, but if they never actually say what they expect to get out of it, it’s really hard to judge how major or “strategic” it actually is. Same with Canaan, they go through the hassle of doing a 6-K but then don’t say anything concrete (unless there really is anything exciting buried in that Exhibit 99.1 thing, but who reads those besides hardcore investors).

It always frustrates me when crypto companies make big announcements but then keep the important details super vague. If these mining operations are supposed to be a “game changer” for their business, why not at least give a rough idea of production goals or how it helps their bottom line? Maybe it’s just too volatile with mining right now to commit to real predictions, but as a reader it feels like smoke and mirrors sometimes. Like, okay, you signed a partnership, but what does that actually MEAN for actual production? More hash rate? Better margins? I guess we just gotta wait until the earnings reports come out – if they ever do.

Guess I’m just tired of all the hype in this industry without anything to back it up, but would love if someone closer to the topic could chime in with more details.
So Blockware is like bringing all teh machines or do they jus tmanage the power stuff for Crypto Industris? I dont get why all these communys keep saying "more mineing" but then never tell what the hash rates is or how many coins they dig up, I feel like were always guessing with all this news. Anyway if its so "stratigic" why dont they talk about firgures or something, little bit odd tbh.
