Bitcoin and Ethereum Show Gains While Dogecoin Struggles Despite Increased Transactions
The cryptocurrency market is witnessing notable movements, with Bitcoin and Ethereum both experiencing price increases. According to a report from Krypto Magazin, Bitcoin has strengthened by 0.74%, reaching $67,834.30 USD as of midday Friday compared to the previous day. Similarly, Ethereum saw an increase of 0.97%, bringing its value up to $2,628.55 USD.
In contrast, Litecoin's performance was less favorable as it fell by 1%, down to $72.09 USD during the same period. Meanwhile, despite a significant rise in transaction volumes for Dogecoin (DOGE), which could indicate renewed interest according to BeInNews Academy reports, the overall trend strength remains weak due to potential correction risks if buying pressure decreases.
IOTA showed little movement with its rate hovering around $0.1193 USD compared to the prior day's figure of $0.1179 USD based on data from finanzen.net; whereas NEO experienced a slight uptick of 0.45%, now valued at approximately $10.42 USD.
